Welcome to In Good Company, a camcorder rental service for the best weekends in life!
Yes, while we know professional videography can be an excellent option, we also know it can become expensive very quickly and is often only going to cover one day, or even just small parts of the day. By renting a camcorder, you are able to not only receive high quality gear ready to go, but also have your entire weekend captured on video and professionally edited for you into one highlight film. All the footage from the weekend is also delivered for you to have and use however you’d like.
From bachelorette weekends to welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, getting ready, the ceremony to receptions, and even day after brunches, nothing will be missed.
We also noticed something special after photographing weddings over the years. People often give the best, most genuine reactions, and feel the most comfortable in front of a camera, when it is their own family and friends behind the camera rather than a stranger. This makes for a seriously fun and more authentic video that s stranger just can’t replicate.
The Process
Contact Us
Submit an inquiry form with your contact info, dates of your event/s, which package you are interested in, and where you will need your camcorders sent to. We will then reach out to confirm availability, details, and answer any questions you may have. Once a rental agreement is signed and payment complete, the fun begins!
Camcorder/s Sent & Test Run
Each camcorder will be shipped to you in a hard case with fully charged batteries (and a spare), charging cord, a memory card ready to go, and a card with instructions on how to get the best results from the camcorder. While we do personally test each camcorder before shipping, we recommend doing a test run to verify everything is in working order.
Time to video all the prep, fun, funky dance moves, and love from your weekend!
Your weekend is over, now what?
You will send back the camcorder and accessories in hard case back to us using a prepaid shipping label.
Delivery
Once we receive all the gear, we will work to create some video magic and professionally edit a highlight film from your epic weekend and send it back to you in 3 weeks. We will also send you all the footage taken so you can post to socials or even just to keep as a momento.
