Do I have to pay for shipping?

No! Shipping costs are included in the package price and we will send a return label in the package. Hang on to the shipping box and all you have to do is drop it off at your local shipping center!
Who do I give the camcorders to during my event?

Hand them off to trusted family or friends so you can focus on enjoying your day! For wedding ceremonies, often people give them to a close friend or family member sitting in the first few rows, to more easily record the ceremony.
Are the camcorders hard to use?

No! These are very user friendly camcorders. All you have to do is hit record! We will still send detailed instructions on how to best use them.
What happens if a camcorder gets broken, lost, etc. during the weekend?

We get it, sometimes drinks are flowing and the party kicks it into another gear. While we do hope everyone has fun, we recommend handing them off to someone trusted. All items must be returned in good condition or may be subject to replacement according to the rental agreement.
